What you will be doing:As the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and enhance market presence.What your primary responsibilities will be:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote company products and solutions across target markets.Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, tradeshows, and content marketing.Collaborate with sales, product management, and other departments to align marketing initiatives with sales goals and product roadmap.Manage the marketing budget effectively while allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve strategic objectives.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs and opportunities for growth.Oversee the development of marketing collateral, including sales materials, product documentation and promotional content.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in marketing to drive innovation and competitive advantage.Analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing efforts.What you will need:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field8+ years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably in technology or security industryStrong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media and email marketingDemonstrated success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive business results.Experience with planning, designing, and execution of industry tradeshows.Web design experience preferred.Physical Demands:Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time if neededMay be required to stand for long periods of timeConstantly operates a computer and possibly other work-related machineryFrequent, continual, intermittent flexing, or rotation of the wrist(s) and spine including repetitive motionsConstant talking, expressing, or exchanging ideas by means of verbal communicationConstant clarity of vision at near and/or far distancesMay be exposed to outdoor weather conditions and noise levelsAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to
