Job Description:
Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Technology Business Services Consulting. Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking. Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Technology Business Services Consulting business solutions. Strategically engage with client personnel .
Required Qualifications:7+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.Comms & Engagement function, supporting CxO, Risk & Reg Accountability & Platform Management Business Services Leaders functions, working in partnership with the EFT Comms & Engagement Team. In the hub & spoke model, this role will be the spoke covering communications, engagement, and executive routines across CxO, Risk & Reg Accountability, and Platform Management organizations, supporting 3 SLT members with a combined org of over 1,000.Specific responsibilities will be EFT Org Chart updates, Internal Communications lead, setting & executing the strategy of comms across the team, leading executive routines & coordinating key events, producing all hands, AMA's, etc, POC for critical talking points, & participating in the Comms & Engagement CoP to provide feedback on best practices, lessons learned, and opportunities for improvement.
