Stakeholder with all Value brand leads and product team to develop and create new services and products to increase Arpa across all brandsDesign and implement brand specific strategies to step up our customers plans by working closely with the base management team to determine loyalty strategy and recommendations based on customer risk profileDevelop a program to upsell the base with value propositions for new products, Value Added Services, and Insurance to retain and generate incremental revenueDesign & develop Home Pricing plans, connected devices and products pricing, packaging strategy and upsell strategyDeveloping end-to-end value proposition campaigns for the base including strategic direction, ideation, briefing, communications strategies, creative execution, cross-functional implementation, campaign analysis against timelinesPartner with Finance, Revenue Assurance, Credit, and legal departments to ensure business cases and campaign requirements are aligned and approved onGuide and influence all Prepaid Brand-specific CX/UX and user journeys for existing customersDesign, execute, and leverage consumer market research and competitive analysis, as well as industry benchmarking to inform program design.Base campaign design and briefing for VAS, Insurance, smartwatch & connected devices, and Home InternetDevelopment of program performance expectations, financial business case, and project approvalsOwn marketing briefing for agency creative development for Base campaigns, store merchandising and digital/social media presence targeting the baseManage the GO to Market process including all internal communications and training requirementsTranslates functional value proposition plans into operational processes and guides executionDevelops resolutions that require the frequent use of creativity to guide internal teams on executionIn this role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days (in-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)What we're looking for...

You'll need to have:Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of experience.Six or more years of relevant work experience.Experience with cross-functional communications and stakeholdering.Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Even better if you have one or more of the following:MBA highly preferred.5-7+ years of relevant experience.Understanding of Vz internal systems.Strong project management skills, multi-tasking is vital to success.Proficiency in MS Office.Experience managing and influencing client relationships at the senior executive level. Ability to present and interact with all levels of management.Impeccable managerial skills and Excellent communication skillsPresented findings and insights targeted to what that audience cares about (up to the executive level).The ability to influence without direct authority.Where you’ll be working

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum of eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.Scheduled Weekly Hours
