Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Communications Manager to join our team in Annapolis Junction, Maryland.

The mission of the Delivery Assurance Framework is to provide best-in-class service to support the delivery objectives of our internal program stakeholders; and ensure consistent, high quality and timely deliverables to our client. The Communications Manager will coordinate / oversee multiple tasks and deliverables, in conjunction with the Framework Manager to ensure they align with overall business goals and are executed in accordance with program policies and procedures.

This role will require close coordination with Senior Program Leadership to support the development and maintenance of operational processes and the ability to meet contract requirements. In addition to leading a team of direct report(s) within the Delivery Assurance Framework, the Communications Manager will develop and submit Service Portal Announcements for outages, produce responses for Past Performance Requests, aid in producing power point presentations, facilitate the monthly Operational Performance Reviews, produce monthly Customer Satisfaction slides, provide monthly Customer Satisfaction input, produce WeCare Metrics, attend WeCare meetings, oversee all RIS II communication efforts, manage/track RIS II training, conduct Tech talks across the program, oversee the RIS II Knowledge Article/Site Profile/User Facing Articles process, manage the RIS II Library, and RIS II SharePoint site for deliverables, proofread various deliverables, provide on-time delivery of program deliverables, and facilitate the input to the Award Fee Self-Assessment to assist the Framework Managers in meeting the Framework’s goals and objectives and furthering the team’s mission. Also, the Communications Manager is responsible for Outreach Activities for the RIS II Program and assumes the role of the Safety Officer. Effectively acts as the Chief of Delivery Assurance Framework in her absence when called upon.

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities

:

Promote ManTech’s mission and services to ensure all messaging aligns with the values of the program.

Review documents for consistency and conformity to Program standards.

Work with technical experts and subject matter experts to draft various documents.

Research, write, edit, and proofread technical data for use in documents.

Ensures technical documentation is accurate, complete, meets editorial and government. specifications and adheres to standards for quality, graphics, coverage, format, and style.

Respond to Customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Manage contract deliverables against deadlines amongst the team.

Provide status updates to management.

Manages Communication Plan.

Assume role of the Safety Officer for the program.

Manages program Process and Guidance Books

Leads Communication and Outreach initiatives.

Position Requirement:

Bachelor’s Degree w/2 years of experience, or an Associate degree w/4 years of experience.

Ability to summarize key insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Proficient in the MS Office Suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint.

Must be able to work in a fast paced and agile environment with tight deadlines.

Excellent data gathering and analytical skills.

Ability to persuade, inspire and motivate others.

Excellent communication skills, particularly in writing and presentation, and people skills.

Security Clearance Requirements:

TS/SCI with Polygraph
