Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing, the Specialist, Marketing and Communications is responsible for strategizing, planning, creating, editing, disseminating, optimizing and monitoring engaging content for a variety of audiences and channels. The Specialist, Marketing and Communications role champions the Signature Health brand internally and externally; uses data-driven insights and industry best practices to drive marketing and communication infrastructure and campaigns intended to attract and retain patients, referral sources and colleagues. The Specialist, Marketing and Communications will engage with vendor partners; and build on existing digital marketing skills to advance the awareness, engagement and experience of Signature Health's key stakeholders.

HOW YOU'LL SUCCEED

Manage Signature Health's website properties including content/graphics updates, SEO optimization strategy, and digital front door transformation planning.Oversee a social media calendar and content strategy, with an eye on emerging trends and opportunities for growth; create, schedule and monitor posts.Create, write and visually package content for Signature Health's intranet site (SharePoint), internal/external e-newsletters, printed collateral, digital signage, video assets, service line lead generation campaigns, press releases, etc.Monitor feedback channels and respond as needed, to support reputation management, including for Google My Business profiles, social media, and web forms.Respond to staff requests to order materials, create new materials/templates, and work with printing and other vendors as needed.Track and evaluate local community event and sponsorship opportunities, prep materials for events and presentations, and attend if needed.Support event execution when Signature Health hosts events for office openings, staff appreciation, fundraising, etc.Support management of the contact database within Signature Health's customer relationship management (CRM) system (ActiveCampaign).Ensure Signature Health's graphic and brand standards are upheld and maintained.Contribute to the marketing dashboard by tracking and reporting on key metrics.Other duties as assigned.Requirements

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree required, Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred.3+ years experience in working in community health care setting, outreach program management, public relations, event management, marketing and communications or related role required.Strong verbal, writing, editing and intrapersonal skills required.Demonstrated understanding of sound design, branding and production practices. Experience working in Canva or Adobe InDesign is a plus.Demonstrated understanding in social media channels and trends. Experience working in Hootsuite desired.Demonstrated understanding of working in a content management system. Experience working in Umbraco desired.Experience working with a CRM system, Google Analytics, Facebook Ad Studio, SEO tool, and/or Google Ads is a plus.Demonstrated analytical and project management skills.Demonstrated relationship-building skills.Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment to build marketing and communications infrastructure.WORKING CONDITIONS

Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office/clinical work environment. Currently, this role is hybrid working on site and remotely.While hours of operation are generally standard (Monday - Friday), flexibility to work an occasional evening or weekend event may be required.Requires periods of sitting, standing, telephone, and computer work.Hearing: adequate to hear individuals in person, over the telephone or through telehealth technology.Speaking: adequate to speak to individuals in person, over the telephone or through telehealth technology.Vision: Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screens.Physical effort required: occasional lifting and carrying items weighing up to 15 pounds, unassisted.Possible exposure to blood borne pathogens while performing job duties.Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements, standing, walking, squatting and sitting, with some lifting, pushing and pulling exerted regularly throughout a regular workday.Sufficient dexterity to operate a PC and other office equipment.
