The Director of Product Marketing will focus on marketing strategy and execution to support the growth and scaling of key portfolio companies within ADP. This role involves executing impactful marketing programs that drive leads, sales opportunities and revenue. Reporting to the Head of Marketing for ADP Ventures, the Director will help manage and grow the success of key portfolio companies. Working closely with Partnership, Corporate and Business Unit marketing, Product, Sales, and other GTM functions, you will manage and grow the success of key portfolio companies.

The ideal candidate will work closely with Co-founders, Partnership, Corporate and Business Unit marketing, Product, Sales, and other GTM functions to drive business objectives. Marketing programs may include digital marketing, thought leadership and content, trade show/event marketing, email marketing, brand and awareness efforts, sales promotions, product marketing and lead generation programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies for portfolio companies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

Craft and refine product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audience across different segments to maximize impact and adoption.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including partnerships, product management, sales ops, business unit and corporate marketing teams to ensure successful launches with a clear and cohesive marketing plan.

Prepare collateral, sales readiness materials and presentations tailored for both internal stakeholders and external audiences.

Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize future efforts.

We are working in a hybrid work environment; this role will work 3 days a week in our New York City office and the flexibility of working from home the other 2 days a week.

Qualifications Required:

A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. If you don't have a college degree, other acceptable experience could include:

8+ years of product marketing experience (B2B, B2C) – preferably from a successful growth start up, accelerator or corporate venture capital is a bonus.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful client marketing programs and driving growth.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely to influence leadership.

Deep understanding of the buyer journey, partner channel, sales cycle and product lifecycle to drive growth and revenue.

Strong self-starter, with a commitment to learning.

Experience in a fast-paced, high growth environment with changing priorities and deadlines.

Track-record of prioritizing responsibilities and managing multiple, complex projects at the same time.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is $94,700.00 - $192,100.00 / Year
