Marketing Manager

ADP is seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for broker and accountant partner initiatives.

In this position, you’ll work closely with marketing teammates, broker and accountant channel partners, our sales team, and agencies. You’ll manage and execute partner initiatives across the team, including—but not limited to—campaigns, events, research, and content marketing. The right candidate will be very organized and able to handle multiple projects with quality output and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Develop innovative marketing strategies in alignment with channel goals while also demonstrating the ability to think critically and adapt strategies in response to market trends.

Ability to establish and nurture positive relationships with business partners, effectively generate consensus among stakeholders and foster collaboration to support project success.

Work with other team members and business partners in the development and execution of sales campaigns including creative concept development, content briefs, pitch decks, and launch communications

Work closely with broker and accountant channel partners to identify initiatives, develop assets, and execute events

Liaison with agency partners to facilitate creative review and approvals

Provide creative and logistical support for marketing experiential events

The ideal candidate must possess outstanding project management skills, demonstrating the ability to plan ahead, prioritize tasks effectively, and, when needed, deliver results against tight and non-negotiable deadlines.

Requirements

A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. If you don't have a college degree, other acceptable experience could include:

Agency experience preferred

5+ years of experience in B2B marketing

Prefer working in a collaborative cross/team capacity, this role requires you to work across functions and business units with constant interaction with teams and internal associates.

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Salesforce Marketing Cloud

This position is a hybrid work arrangement. Full-time in the office is also available if preferred.
