Title: Sr. Marketing Project Manager

Location: Remote US

The Senior Marketing Project Manager role will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing critical Marketing initiatives according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing, lead flow processes, and website development. The Sr. Marketing Project Manager requires working closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales Development, Sales, IT, and external vendors, to ensure successful project delivery.

Your role in our future

The Sr. Marketing Project Manager plays a pivotal role in spearheading key initiatives for the Marketing organization. This position is responsible for developing comprehensive project plans for lead flow implementation, collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales Development, and Sales Teams. The role ensures clear ownership and criteria are established for each milestone, monitors and reports on progress, identifies and mitigates risks, and facilitates effective communication and alignment among all stakeholders. Additionally, the Sr. Marketing Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and relaunch of the company websites. This includes coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to meet business objectives and user needs, managing project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure delivery on time and within scope, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing and branding strategy, and conducting post-launch evaluations to implement necessary improvements.

Responsibilities typically include:

Managing projects or processes, working independently with general supervision

If people manager, setting goals and objectives for team members and managing performance for achievement of operational result

If not people manager, broad knowledge of job area is expected

Problems faced may be difficult but not always complex

Ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports if any, customers and stakeholders

Your profile

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

Minimum 10 years experience in project management, particularly in marketing and website development.

Strong understanding of lead flow processes and marketing automation tools.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Asana).

PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.

This position has a salary range of:

$109,400.00 - $164,100.00
