Join us and let's build the future.Job Summary:This is a Marketing generalist role which includes the management and execution of the content development process and thought leadership strategies, maintenance of the brand's website and digital strategy, managing the brand's Partner program and working with internal teams to execute product launch deliverables and the tradeshow plan. This role will lead out in the development of creative marketing strategies and programs to increase brand awareness and generate demand for this solution of products.

Responsibilities:Define and execute the content and thought leadership strategyUnderstand the different types of content and propose the right tools needed for specific purposesGenerate ideas and develop thought leadership content for the various target markets, and connect with subject matter experts to gather contentProduce marketing and thought leadership content including copywriting, editing, design, proofreading, approval, publishing, tracking and archiving (copywriting and design may be done with a 3rd party)Define and execute the digital strategyCreate and send bi-monthly customer emailsDefine and execute social media calendar, including planning, creating and placing postsWork with outside vendor to manage website updates# Manage SEO and Paid AdvertisingUpdate and manage contact databaseWork with Digital Marketing tools to track and provide reporting on open rates, click rates and premium content downloadsManage Partner programWork with Sales team to add new integrators to the programParticipate in Quarterly business reviewsCreate andmaintain program contentSupport all new product introductions (NPIs)Establish a sustainable process for bringing new products to marketLead the development of all NPI materialsPropose suitable metrics for measuring successTraffic materials through various approvals to ensure completeness and accuracyEnsure distribution of materials to all audiencesExecute the Tradeshow plan, work with internal teams to prepare materials for needed for tradeshows and ensure appropriate booth staffing for each eventPerform cost/benefit analysis on tradeshow requestsManage the Marketing budget and month-end process

Required Skills and ExperienceStrong ability to build relationships, lead cross-functional teams, and garner buy-in from all levels of the organizationStrong project management skills, comfort with ambiguity, and excitement for fast-paced atmosphereAbility to think strategically as well as operate at a tactical levelExperience with modern marketing tactics focused on business results and customer satisfaction# Technical writing skills a plus, editing skills is a mustExperience with digital marketing tools (Pardot, Hubspot) is a plus,basic experience with Adobe Creative Cloud a plusExperience operating in a shared services environment (ideally a matrix organization)3-5 years of marketing communications experienceBachelor's degree

Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $90,000 - $110,000, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant's experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
