While professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required.As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for enabling the marketing team to achieve our revenue objectives through email marketing, lead flow management, and technology optimizations. This role is highly cross-functional and will be critical in ensuring we have total visibility into our pipeline, and can automate and optimize the customer journey. This role will report to our Sr. Director of Demand Generation.

The Demand Generation Team sits within the greater SevenRooms Marketing function.

What You’ll Do

Marketing Campaign Operations

Intake, build, and execute a high volume of marketing campaigns in Marketo to drive engagement and conversion with our prospects and customers across emails, events, landing pages, etc.

Manage and segment email lists in Marketo to ensure targeted and relevant messaging.

Optimize email content and design for maximum deliverability and engagement.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).

Design campaign workflows: validation rules, triggers, alerts, automated responses, and proper SFDC campaign tracking/reporting.

Who You Are

3-4 years of experience in a B2B Marketing Automation role.

Deep experience with Marketo including integration with Salesforce.

Capable of learning new technologies and determining its impact on the business.

Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment without sacrificing attention to detail.

Must have a strong sense of business acumen -- enjoy and thrive in project management across teams and for initiatives, working cross team and communicating internally about project descriptions and timelines.

The salary range for this role is $100,000-$110,000. This is the range SevenRooms in good faith believes is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of the posting. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed remotely in any US state. Base pay offered may vary depending on, but not limited to education, experience, skills, geographic location, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also bonus eligible. No amount is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
