The Head, Marketing position will serve as a key member of the U.S. Commercial AIR leadership team, leading the development and execution of HCP and patient-focused strategic marketing programs for the Chiesi USA in-line portfolio in the Respiratory setting with primary focus on Asthma/COPD.Main Responsibilities

Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Lead commercial strategy including planning, creation, and implementation of annual customer (brand) plans. These plans will provide executional guidance for all relevant functions with commercialization responsibility aligned to brands and target customers.Develop and monitor performance against revenue and expense budgets.Deliver brand and portfolio P&L targets across portfolio of in-line products.Manage, motivate, and develop direct reports.Collaborate with cross-functional commercial teams to successfully achieve quantitative and qualitative expectations set forth in annual customer plans. Key cross-functional partners include Sales, Medical, Training, Business Excellence, Customer Experience (CX), Value & Market Access, Thought Leader Strategy and National Accounts.Coordinate with Global Marketing colleagues to ensure alignment of strategies and completion of assigned objectives.Execute continuous improvement initiatives, partnering with peer(s) to seek and implement organizational changes to ensure departmental effectiveness and efficiencies.Facilitate and manage portfolio KPIs for assigned brand.Lead key third-party agency and vendor relationships.Serve as a member of key internal cross-functional committees.Maintain a deep understanding of market, customer and industry knowledge.Experience Required

15+ years’ experience with increasing responsibilities in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing across various channels. Experience marketing to stakeholders in the respiratory and specialty pharmaceutical settings strongly preferred.Blended experience across high/medium/low resourced brands preferred.Direct experience leading the development and execution of HCP and patient-focused pharmaceutical marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple channels.Comprehensive understanding of the dynamics driving the US healthcare environment, including specific dynamics related to the respiratory space.Knowledge of the Legal and Regulatory landscape pertaining to pharmaceutical marketing.Strategic thinker with strong customer focus, business acumen and ability to lead in an ambiguous environment.Excellent analytical abilities that allow rapid diagnosis of critical business issues and agility to prioritize and quickly develop associated solutions.Demonstrated operational excellence with ability to effectively manage multiple people, competing priorities and budgets.Experience influencing without direct authority across global cross-functional teams, working effectively to build consensus and navigate complex situations.Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills.Strong people management skills required, with demonstrated commitment to developing individuals and high-impact team dynamics.High level of personal and professional integrity, entrepreneurial spirit, personal drive, and motivation desired.Demonstrated knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and Word.Education
