What you’ll do:

You will partner closely with hiring managers across the organization to identify, source and hire top talent across the company.You will partner primarily with our product & design organizations.You will design and own sourcing strategies to engage with high caliber talent, both active and passive.You will use data to evaluate the effectiveness of our searches and advise the business accordingly.You will ensure a high touch candidate experience from beginning to end, and potentially take on full life cycle responsibilities (source to close) over time.You will ensure a high level of data integrity and regularly partner with HM’s to share data insights on how we can improve.You’ll proactively drive recruiting process improvements that help us operate most efficiently and with candidates’ best interests in mind.You will be a match if:

Salary ranges (United States):

CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT states: $162,000 - $210,000 (USD)All other states in the US: $137,500 - $178,500 (USD)#J-18808-Ljbffr
