Are you ready to apply Make sure you understand all the responsibilities and tasks associated with this role before proceeding.Company AddressDescription:MIRACULOUS CORP is looking for a Social Media Manager for our Santa Monica office.Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, he/she will lead and implement Miraculous Corp’s social media plans across Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Overall objective is to help build brand awareness and drive licensed product purchase at retail (online, in-store).MAIN TASKSDesign and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.Lead monthly Social Media planning meetings with sales.Collaborate internally with sales (globally), content, and creative; and externally with licensors’ social media counterparts.Plan and develop social media campaigns.Create, edit, publish and share engaging content (original text, photos, videos and news updates).Write creative copy for social media posts, paid advertising, and other online promotions.Review, edit, and approve social media marketing materials for use on licensee social media channels.Monitor social media analytics and track performance. Provide monthly metrics report.Assist with influencer campaigns as needed and establish relationships with social media influencers.Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor any feedback.Attend and post at Licensing Shows, Comic Con, Anime Expo, and other events as needed.Communicate effectively to all stakeholders, including senior management and sales;This list is not limited, and the position may include other tasks requested by the VP, Marketing.Qualifications:Must have 3+ years of prior experience at a social media agency or an entertainment company.Must have prior experience using a social media management tool (like Hootsuite) that brings scheduling, content creation, analytics, and social listening to one place.Must have strong leadership skills and be outgoing enough to take ownership of social media plans, editorial calendar, and opportunities to curate new content.Deep understanding of all social media networks and how they work.Excellent interpersonal skills (oral & written communication), including ability to manage upward.Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
