Create and lead all marketing & growth aspects including the market vision, user experience, sales, and growth plans to ensure alignment with business model goalsBuild and lead marketing/non-technical teamsCreate and build relationships with external stakeholders, partnerships, and customersNegotiate partnership and client contractsLead social media & PR effortsUndertake market research studies and analyze the results in order to better understand the marketWork with founder to create go to market strategies and bring product to new marketsCollaborate cross-functionally with technical teams to deliver customer-centric productsUse stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to marketing/growth strategyMonitor KPIs, analytics, and budgets to assess marketing performanceBe involved in fundraising processes and communicate marketing/growth strategy to partners and investorsRequirements

8+ years of marketing experience in both client side and agency/consulting side with large-scale clients, VCs, and startupExperience in real estate, property management, or hospitality experience strongly preferredExperience leading innovative, impactful (sometimes scrappy) marketing campaigns in tech industries and budget rangesExpertise owning an entire marketing campaign, from strategy to execution, with proven results for brandsDiversity of marketing experience ranging from, but not limited to, content and SEO, social media, lead generation, paid media, thought leadership, sales enablementExcellent verbal and written communicatorAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment with people at all levels of the organizationProven ability to work with sales and drive revenue for a companyExperience with HubSpot and Google Analytics is requiredPassion for technology and the startup ecosystemConstant feedback and “Extreme Ownership” ethos cultureWhat We Provide:
