As a Design Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and design guidance to our clients.Responsibilities:Conduct in-store and online consultations to provide expert advice on kitchen projects, focusing on design, color, and spaceEnsure that every client is treated with respect and receives personalized assistanceHandle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication in a timely mannerMaintain a database of clients and provide top-notch customer servicePerform daily tasks to keep the showroom in optimal conditionRequirements:Minimum of 1 year relevant experience as a Design ConsultantAvailability to work on weekendsExcellent communication and listening skillsAbility to understand clients' needs and offer appropriate design solutionsPhysical ability to handle large and heavy merchandiseProficiency in computer software including Mac, PC, Microsoft Office, and G SuiteIf you are passionate about design, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
