Job Description:

Pay Range: $23.55hr - $27.55hr

Responsibilities:

Leverage cross functional teams to identify possible impacts and offer solutions to customers and market based on inventory availability.Identify improvements to manual allocation process to accelerate sales and reach business objectives.Work constructively with internal functions primarily sales team, marketing communications and medical affairs.Drive growth by supporting conversion opportunities ensuring the sales team has the tools and resources to enable rapid conversion from a product and supply perspective.Establish and maintain connection with IDS sales and marketing teams to share best practices across business lines to ensure seamless execution of mutual business objectives.Ensure that all activities are consistent with the core values and comply with relevant internal and external corporate, legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.Prepare needed reports thoroughly and deliver on time to the relevant team members (such as financials vs supply, forecast vs supply, allocation performance, etc).Align regularly with supply chain organizations to successfully identify gaps and build product supply needs.Provide critical sku's for reduction and financial impact to improve product portfolio, backorder management and future opportunities (Project Recode support).Engage and support key marketing initiatives based on business needs.Competencies:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.Qualifications:

1+ years of relevant marketing/operations/supply chain experience in the medical device industry is preferred, but not necessary.Knowledge of working in a B2B environment; understanding of the healthcare industry; exposure to cross-functional processes / requirements.Experience utilizing project management best practices with the ability to implement in a matrixed fast-paced scenario.Experience in developing strategy as well as demonstrating success in executing key initiatives.Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with very little supervision.Resourcefulness and the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities are keys.Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally.Skills:
