About International Architects Atelier (IAA):M/WBE FirmFocused on Cultural, civic and public work.Committed to making a community impact.Role Description:Work collaboratively with the Business Development Director and Leadership team to pursue new business and communicate the work of the studio.Requests for Proposals: Under the direction of the BD Director, produce responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to support IAA in winning new business. This includes, collecting and organizing relevant qualification data and materials; laying out the qualification document in InDesign; coordinating qualification information from the relevant subconsultant team, and drafting new content to meet the requirements of the RFP.Managing Qualifications and Documentation: Manage a well-organized system of templates and files to support efficient RFP responses.Content Development: Write, produce and/or coordinate new content about IAA's work and studio news to communicate the work of the studio. This includes working closely with IAA's architects, leadership, clients and/or doing additional research to understand and best communicate the studio's projects.Photography: Support the BD Director as needed to coordinate and plan photo shoots of completed architecture projects.Publishing: Publish IAA's news and content on the studio's channels, including the website, social media, quarterly newsletter, and other channels as needed.Reporting: Work with the BD Director to produce regular reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and new business pursuits.CRM System Management: Update and maintain the company's CRM system to ensure effective client relationship management.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in a related field or combination of education and relevant experience, including: Architecture, Art History, Urban Planning/Studies, Marketing, Journalism, Creative WritingYears of experience: 2-5 years of experienceKnowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with Adobe InDesign preferred.Strong writing ability, strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasksAbility to work independently and as part of a team to handle multiple, simultaneous assignments at various stages of development and meet tight deadlines, providing a consistently high level of quality and accuracy.Professional demeanor with a positive, solution-seeking attitude and personal responsibility.Self-driven with the ability to self-manage, take direction, and proactively run with projects.This position is full-time, with excellent benefits and competitive compensation.
