Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Contribute to and support the visual and interactive user experience for products central to future development efforts.Advocate UI/UX design standards, guidelines, and strategies to create cohesive experiences.Support the UI/UX department strategy and integration of the user experience team within UPS.Produce documentation for project-related activities, research and analysis outcomes, and test results.Mentor and guide junior team members with project-related activities and tasks.Qualifications:Bachelors in Human Computer Interaction or Computer Science or equivalent5+ years of experienceExperience with Figma requiredExperience conducted User Research and analyzing the dataCommunication and analytical skills very critical
