At MA Peterson we are committed to building a heartfelt connection with our clients and employees and doing right by all stakeholdersEvery employee is driven and shares our passion and values to deliver an exceptional experience whenever we engage with our clientsWe are team players, driven to find solutions for our clients, and committed to going to the extra mile to produce a result that exceeds expectationsIn addition to being a supportive and collaborative work environment, our benefit package includes Medical Insurance (company pays 90% of premiums), HSA, Dental, Life/AD&D, Disability, PTO, and a 401(k)-matching plan.The Interior Designer will strive to know and understand the client while delivering a concierge-type experience through the life of the projectThey will drive the selection of interior finishes to meet project deadlines and provide options and solutions in line with the client's goals, budgets, and expectations.The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:Collaborate with architectural designers to inform and develop key elements of the project while also troubleshooting potential problems associated with client goals and selectionsMeet with architectural designer and client to understand the overall project, goals, timelines, and budgetsPrepare, organize, and lead all client selection meetingsAssist in the request-for-proposal process by preparing and communicating with vendors and suppliersDevelop detail interior design package including the specification of materials, fixtures, and finishes while coordinating with dealers and manufacturers to meet client and project goalsConduct client presentations and work with external consultants, product representatives, dealers, and fabricators
