UX Designer

That means you can work at home, the office (or wherever), but will be available to attend planned and impromptu agency or client meetings in person when needed or when we want to collaborate.Who should consider applying?Anyone with professional UX Designer experience including a top-notch portfolio to back it up.Duties/Responsibilities:Lead discovery workshopsConduct user research, such as user or stakeholder interviews, prototype testing, etc.Ability to create competitive analysis and industry analysis.Organize research and analysis and turn into actionable dataCreate sitemaps, user personas and journey maps.Create wireframes and prototypesCollaborate with development and UI to design best user experienceOptimize existing user-interface designsPresent to internal teams and clientsAbility to create a wide range of design layouts and mockups to meet various client needsAbility to infuse the life of a brand into UX layouts and designsQualifications that will make you stand outMust be able to work on multiple projects simultaneouslyThe ability to take ownership and lead projectsA deep understanding of customer experience and brand strategyAgency Experience is preferred but not requiredRequirementsFive+ years of experience as a UX DesignerPortfolio demonstrating UX experience and abilityStrong conceptual, art direction, and design abilityKnowledge of wireframe and prototyping toolsUp-to-date knowledge of design software such as Figma, Photoshop Illustrator, and InDesignAbility to lead discovery workshopsInterested in applying?Tell us your story and what you can bring to the team by sending your resume, cover letter and link to your portfolio to careers@
