Social Media Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a marketing strategist to join our tight-knit team of real estate professionals in their efforts to build the best brand. The ideal candidate is adept at coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising, and brand promotion. No remote applicants please. Responsibilities: • Develop branded marketing materials such as social posts, blogs, and web copy that is professional and well-written • Help marketing staff achieve our goals through the implementation of advertising, digital, and communication plans • Run our social media accounts and return messages to inquiries • Report out monthly statistics for website and social media traffic, engagement, and lead generation and suggest ideas for optimization • Oversee website, mailing lists, analytics, and SEO to ensure content is regularly updated with the most recent information • Edit all videos and make sure they are they are compatible with the different social media platforms • Photograph and edit company headshots when needed • Make posts for new listings and price reductions Qualifications: • Must be driven with strong communication and project management skills • Candidate should have their finger on the pulse of the current marketing landscape • 2+ years of experience in Marketing or related field • Experience with social media platforms, CRM, CSM, and public relations • Experience using Photoshop, Adobe, Canva and ChatGPT Compensation: $22 hourly
