About the JobCohn Restaurant Group is seeking a talented and dedicated Full-Time Graphic Artist to bring the CRG Marketing Team's vision to life. This role involves designing captivating graphic elements, menus, and more. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creativity and design, particularly within the Hospitality Industry.Graphic Artist ResponsibilitiesDesign and Production:Create creative high-quality graphics for digital and print mediums, including menus, posters, social media, advertisements, promotional materials, and moreCollaborate with the marketing team and restaurant teams to design and produce engaging contentBranding and Identity:Create brand identity guidelines as neededEnsure all designs adhere to the brand guidelines and enhance the overall visual identity of the restaurants, where applicableUpdate and refine brand assets as neededProject Management:Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality resultsWork closely with restaurant managers and the marketing team to understand design needs and deliver creative solutionsPrint Management:Work with third party vendors to ensure materials are ordered on time in a cost-effective mannerReceive all print orders and inspect items for quality assuranceFollow proper billing proceduresAdditional Responsibilities:Assist with web maintenance as neededAssist with photo editing as neededSupport the marketing team and home office team as neededInnovation and Trends:Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologiesBring fresh, innovative ideas to the table to keep our visuals current and engagingExperience / QualificationsMinimum of 1-year relevant graphic design experience, Hospitality Industry preferredExpertise in Adobe Creative SuiteAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyExceptional written/verbal communication skillsBA Degree preferred, but not requiredPositive, team-oriented attitude**This is a full time, in-house position.
