Marketing Coordinator

Henneman currently has an opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator in our Industrial Technology Group(ITG) office located at 2803 Research Road, Champaign, IL 61822.
Responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator:
Work with engineers to develop documents in response to client Requests for Proposals.Coordinate the compilation of proposals and presentations.Write and/or edit text, design layout, graphics, resumes, schedules for use in proposals and presentations.Assemble final proposal packages for submittal.Complete any client forms required for the proposal process.Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns.Enter and maintain client and vendor data in the system to ensure accurate and detailed record-keeping.Build rapport with clients and architectural firms.Manage client proposal requests.Request project pricing and verify scope of work.General filing and office procedures.
Qualifications/Requirements of the Marketing Coordinator:
Education: 4-year bachelors degree preferred. Associates degree required.Experience: 2+ years of proposal coordination or a similar marketing role in a MEP engineering firm.However, Henneman Engineering is open to considering a diverse range of experience and skill levels. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; Adobe Acrobat DC; InDesign; and Illustrator highly preferred. Candidate must have strong writing skills and have experience in formatting and designing presentations to be visually appealing.
