The CAD Designer will be an integral member of the Design team, focusing on product development teckpacks. This role requires a blend of creative, technical, and digital artwork skills to support the design and development of the trendiest fashion styles across denim & woven categories.Job Responsibilities Include:Create and launch detailed tech packs, ensuring that all design elements and specifics of garment construction are clearly communicated and resolved in pass-off.Proficiency in Photoshop & Adobe Suite.Skilled in making original artwork prints.Follow up with overseas factories daily regarding new developments, tech packs, and style updates.Assist Design team in the design process including research, mock-ups.Assist in researching and analyzing current denim trends, washes, finishes, and techniques to develop innovative trend forward design concepts.Coordinate and track samples.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design/Textile Design/Tech Design.5-10 years of experience working on a Women's design team with denim & wovens (advanced contemporary/luxury experience is a plus).Experience in technical design & product developmentCompetent in all stages of the design process.Strong organizational and administrative skills.Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, Procreate, and Excel.Proficient sewing, draping, and sketching skills.Reliable with strong time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong understanding of construction and luxury finishings.Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced environments.****PORTFOLIOS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO BE CONSIDERED****EMAIL PORTFOLIO TO ELVA@
