Design Thinking Senior Manager Asset ManagementRole Overview:The Design Thinking Senior Manager is part of a team that enables Fidelity to continuously modernize and improve the associate work experience. With guidance from the Head of Design Thinking, the Senior Manager will be a tactical point person to lead projects, oversee workstreams, develop key observations and recommendations, and is an active leader in driving innovation and operational excellence.The Design Thinking Senior Manager will collaborate with business partners to understand and solve for Asset Management s current and future needs by applying the principles of Design Thinking.\u00A0Empathize: Research user needs by actively listening to stakeholders and conducting user interviews Define: Synthesize requirements and challenges, distilling complex information into actionable insights Ideate: Question assumptions, generate multiple ideas, and encourage creative thinking Prototype: Build potential solutions, whether through mock-ups, process maps, or other prototypes Test: Try out models, gather feedback, and iterate based on user responses Iterate: Continuously refine solutions until optimized for impactThe Expertise and Skills you Bring:Substantial Asset Management Experience: Leverage your 5+ years of experience in asset management to provide strategic insights and drive impactful solutions.Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Analyze complex challenges and propose innovative approaches.Inquisitive Curiosity: Ask probing questions to uncover underlying issues and opportunities.Emotional Intelligence: Build collaborative relationships and connect with colleagues.Data-Driven Thinking: Synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into actionable themes.Feedback-Driven: Comfortable giving and receiving feedback to iterate and improve.Excel Proficiency: Strong data analysis skills.Effective Communication: Clearly articulate findings through business writing, verbal communication, and visual presentations (PowerPoint).Project Management Experience: A plus.Team Development: Ability to nurture and develop junior team members.Adaptability: Navigate diverse projects with varying business partners in a fast-paced environmentAttention to Detail: Summarize and present findings concisely and professionally.Continuous Learning: Dedication to personal growth and skill development.Positive Attitude: Inspire creative solutions and maintain a \u201Ccan-do\u201D mindset.If you re passionate about making a difference and thrive in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply!Certifications:
