How Will You Contribute to the Company? \ The Global Campaign Content Strategist will work closely with product, solutions, and content marketing teams to influence and curate campaign content as well as collaborate with field marketing, demand generation, and digital teams for placement of content to drive full-funnel engagement from awareness to demand. They will support content planning, translations, testing, monitoring, and optimization across the customer lifecycle. The Global Campaign Content Strategist is a key member of the campaign strategy function within the demand generation team.\ \ What Will You Do?

Collaborate with Content Team to develop omni-channel content strategy for Wireless WAN (WWAN) and security business line in support of global marketing campaigns leveraging key market and audience insightsIdentify and align content requirements based on audience segmentation, journey stage, behavior or other attributesUnderstand campaign objectives to recommend how content can be presented or distributed across various channels and formats, including paid media, web, social, blogs, emails, whitepapers, podcasts, events, co-marketing programs, and nurture programsWork cross-functionally with content team, paid media, product, sales, and solution marketing teams to audit existing content, identify gaps, and define content needs based on the user journey and audience needsTest, monitor, and bring recommendations to content team to optimize content to maximize engagement and demandManage content for reporting; this includes supporting content tagging for reliable reporting, understand the needs for good segmentation and scoring as it relates to content standard title, ID, and tags, own feedback loops between marketing operations and digital teamsMaintain content within Demand Generation and sales enablement platforms (Highspot, TechTarget) and facilitate routine reviews of content globally in TechTarget and similar platformsOwn translation and localization of content, connecting demand, field and digital marketing teamsFacilitate recurring content planning calls between demand generation, design and content teamsFacilitate regular meetings with field marketing to make content recommendations based on campaign priorities per region and bring feedback to content team as needed.Research, source, and facilitate Demand Generation content through third parties including analyst reports and white papers

\ Qualifications \ Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related fieldSix (6+) years minimum experience in comparable demand and content strategyExperience leading content strategy across various media and formats such as advertising, website, social, whitepapers, blogs, emailsExperience designing content strategy in Wireless WAN and/or security segments strongly encouragedExperience working at a large company within the tech industryCreative storytelling and content creation skillsWilling to work in a dynamically changing and often ambiguous environmentExperience with project management software like AsanaExcellent communication, presentation, and collaboration abilitiesProven track record of owning projects from start to finish and delivering successful resultsSelf-motivated and resourceful with proven ability to multi-task and operate successfully under tight deadlinesHigh attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneouslyStrong understanding of the B2B buyer\'s journey
