The Public Relations Manager will be responsible for managing press releases, media relations, communication, public relations, and strategic communications. This role is located in Nashville, TN, with flexibility for some remote work.QualificationsHolds a high level integrity and a committed to make our industry a better placeHas a passion for PR and integrating our profession into the Nashville community in a positive wayA commitment to grow professionally with a small business that aims to continue to grow into a larger business ( there are growing gains we need to work through to get to this goal together)Leadership and Management Skills ( must work directly with our Founder and CEO) and hold space for positive company culture and support younger professionalsrequired agency experience preferred in Nashvilleknowledge of PR strategy and local marketdesire to be client facing and work on business development structuresa passion for writing and curate strategic thinking and has knowledge in: Press Releases, Media Relations, and Public Relations skillsExcellent communication and strategic communications abilitiesStrong writing and editing skillsExperience in creating and executing PR campaignsUnderstanding of digital marketing and social media platformsAbility to build and maintain relationships with media contactsExperience in crisis management and reputation management and not afraid to jump in nights or weekends if that is what it takes to support our clientsBachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or related field at least 4 yearsR Public Relations is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
