About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced PR Manager for our public relations team to make strategy across both product and corporate communications. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience and a strong background in the smartphone industry, with a proven ability to manage media relations, drive brand visibility, and shape public perception.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated PR strategies to support both product launches and corporate initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, leadership) to align messaging and timing.
- Monitor media coverage, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks
- Manage PR agencies and ensure alignment with brand and business objectives
- Oversee crisis communication strategies and media response plans when required
- Track PR performance and deliver regular reports on media impact and ROI
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in public relations, with a mix of product and corporate communications
- Prior experience in the smartphone or consumer electronics sector is highly preferred
- Strong network of media contacts across tech, business, and lifestyle publications
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strategic mindset with attention to detail and execution
- Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
