an exceptional Account Supervisor

to join our team and represent some of the world's most iconic consumer brands in the family, toy, and lifestyle industries. This position plays a vital role at our agency and includes leading a motivated team, developing strategy, managing clients and projects, and building relationships with key media contacts and influencers.Note: LPR has a hybrid work policy. Employees are required to work in our Hoboken co-working venue every other Thursday and for as-needed client meetings. LPR provides employees with a laptop, monitor, and software to work from home; the agency also pays for employee cell phone service.Now, a little bit about you:You're experienced, and ready to elevate your career in public relations.

Withat least 7 years of experience under your belt, you've worked with consumer/lifestyle brands and are seeking a leadership opportunity. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining client relationships and managing scopes, budgets, and your team's work. Agency experience is a must; previous work with toy or family brands is a plus.You enjoy mentoring and leading a motivated team.

From coaching junior staff to mentoring across the agency, you'll invest in your team's professional development and prioritize their growth as individuals.You understand how to provide oversight and keep track of the details.

As Account Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing workflow across a portfolio of clients, overseeing projects from inception to completion, and ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met. If challenges arise, you'll know when to adjust strategy and tactics to meet overarching objectives.You know how to tell - and place - a good story . Tapping into traditional media, nano influencers and everything in between, you'll concept creative hooks, build on-brand partnerships, and host events to bring your clients' stories to life. With a keen understanding of your clients' goals, you'll set the media strategy and leverage your contacts to land that winning placement.You're social savvy.

Working across social platforms on both organic and paid campaigns, you know the value of influencers and how to navigate the landscape from capitalizing on trends to negotiating deliverables. You understand affiliate marketing and how PR can utilize it as part of the overall strategy.You're a creative

and

critical thinker.

From playful concepts to plus up new business proposals to innovative new approaches to client plans, you bring thoughtful new ideas to the table and can be scrappy and resourceful when you need to be.You take pride in partnership . Nurturing client relationships is a large part of this role. From setting KPIs and tracking progress during regular status calls to maintaining a deep understanding of your clients' needs and providing counsel, you'll be their go to' advisor.Why you'll love it here:We believe life comes first.
