JOB SUMMARY:The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for KPI digital strategies, planning, content input, and budget for the website, Social Media handles, all strategy/lead generation of paid media efforts, and CRM. This role will also be collaborating with our Global Marketing/Sales Teams, managing agency performance and other service providers.RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY ACTIVITIES:Digital Strategy Development:

Formulate and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectivesWebsite Management:

Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of company websites to ensure effective user experience and functionalitySocial Media Strategy:

Refine and implement strategic approaches to social media platforms, driving engagement, traffic, and brand visibilityPaid Media Campaigns:

Develop and execute creative, data-driven paid media campaigns (awareness and lead-generation), optimizing audience segmentation and monitoring performanceCRM Management:

Monitor customer relationships, implement effective CRM strategies, and devise retention techniques to maximize customer lifetime valueBudget Management:

Responsible for overseeing and tracking the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost-effectivenessMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's Degree preferred5+ years of Marketing/Advertising experience3+ years of digital marketing experience3+ years of paid media experienceStartup Business Experience critical2 years of automotive industry experience, a plusMust be able to work under fast paced, changing conditionsSkillset in building a digital media strategy and ability to execute despite distractionsAttention to detail in managing multiple tasks/requests importantExperience in managing multiple budget line items and tracking of media paymentsConfidence in your work and ability to summarize insights and effectively articulate a POV to senior leadership on changes in market conditionsAgency or related client-side experience is advantageousStrong project management and interpersonal skillsWe are committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location. The pay range for this position is $140,000-$170,000.
