Job Overview:

We are seeking a senior detail-oriented and strategic Marketing Operations leader who will be responsible for optimizing marketing processes, best practices, and ensuring data-driven decision-making across the marketing organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing operations, technology, with a proven ability to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness.

We are undergoing pivotal transformation within the global and regional (EMEA) marketing and communication organizations. The right candidate will fill a critical role to support the newly appointed VP Global Marketing & Communications, who will also maintain her current role as Head of Marketing & Communications, EMEA, during a transition period to take up to 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

Transformation Office Operations Phase

During the transition period, support the EMEA marketing and commercial leadership to execute against the regional transformation strategy.

Work closely with global functions and regional sales leadership to drive a unified approach to planning, process, budget management, and reporting for 2025.

Support the execution of organisational structural changes and competency-upgrades, to help build and enable a scalable team of skilled, passionate and accountable marketers

Support change management initiatives including communication cadence.

Drive simplification initiatives around key building blocks to improve ways of working, agility, accuracy, and accountability.

Marketing Operations & Excellence

This role will be more fully formed as part of the organizational transformation. The role would include the following responsibilities, amongst other areas to be identified:

Operational Strategy and Management:

Support, develop and implement a comprehensive marketing operations strategy to support business goals and objectives.

Optimize marketing processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with the company strategy.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify, document and implement process improvements, workflows, and best practice to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.

Help build a culture of support and collaboration between global and regional teams

Promote a data-driven and process-oriented mindset within the marketing team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

10-15 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or a related field.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with an actionable insights mindset,

Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Inclusive and optimistic disposition to drive a culture of collaboration and working as one

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional global teams

Experience in a corporate or large organizational setting.
