Global Head of Marketing Operations, LHH

The Global Head of Marketing Operations will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing strategies and processes across global markets. This role requires a strategic leader with exceptional operational expertise, a deep understanding of marketing technologies, and the ability to drive efficiency and effectiveness in marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

Develop and implement a global marketing operations strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.Oversee the execution framework for delivering all marketing activities, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality standards.Drive the continuous improvement of marketing processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency and performance.Set and implement a marketing training and development plan to ensure continued upgrading of the marketing team skills.Team Management

Build, lead, and mentor a high-performance global marketing operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.Set clear performance objectives and regular review team progress, providing feedback and development opportunities.Ensure alignment and coordination across regional marketing teams to maintain consistency in global marketing efforts.Technology and Systems

Evaluate, implement, and manage marketing technologies and platforms to support marketing initiatives.Ensure seamless integration and utilization of marketing automation tools, CRM systems and analytics platforms.Stay abreast of emerging marketing technologies and trends, recommending and implementing new tools as appropriate.Data and Analytics

Coordinate with Sales Operations to develop and oversee a robust analytics framework to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimise marketing performance and drive strategic decision-making.Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all marketing systems and platforms.Budget Management

Develop and manage the global marketing operations budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.Tract and report on budget performance, adjusting as needed to meet financial goals.Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies.Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with other departments, including Sales, Product, and IT, to ensure alignment and support for marking initiatives.Serve as a key liaison between the marketing team and other business units to drive integrated and cohesive strategies.Facilitate communication and coordination across teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing plans.Manage large scale marketing programs.All About You

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.10+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a proven track record of leading global teams and driving operational excellence.Deep understanding of marketing technologies, automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.Experience managing budgets and resources effectively.Ability to travel internationally as required.What we offer
