Summary

The role Sr. Analyst role focusing on Performance Marketing (Email, SMS, Push) is responsible for supporting in developing the strategy for promotional & lifecycle campaigns, being a champion for innovation within the channel, and driving overall file health in terms of acquisition & retention. The position is a key stakeholder in driving the performance of the business and helping to fuel continued growth.

Responsibilities

Partner closely with key stakeholders (merchandising, creative, operations, stores, loyalty) to ensure alignment and understanding of business plans

Build the upstream email channel testing agenda to continue to optimize program performance for both stores and direct

Manage overall file health in terms of engagement, list acquisition, retention, and deliverability

Serve as a key liaison between the brand and email service provider and other relevant vendors by providing guidance on strategic priorities, channel objectives, and business goals

Partner with the loyalty team to develop event-based triggers and life-cycle campaigns. As well as own the performance and evolution of existing ecommerce triggers

Write project briefs and document new strategies performance marketing channels.

Provide creative and copy direction for marketing and promotional materials including messaging, collateral development, digital and advertising strategies

Develop and maintain project calendars to establish priorities, track project status and deliverables

Manage Automated Email Tracker, Project Roadmaps & Bi-Weekly Executive Project Summary

End-to-end project management

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

5-7 years of relevant experience in marketing, e-commerce, email or mobile

Retail/eCommerce experience required

Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other enterprise level email platform

Exceptional understanding of all aspects of email marketing (file growth, analytics, deliverability, retention, standard methodologies, testing, lifecycle)

Proven track record of driving innovation and testing within the channel

Proven ability to draw insights from data

Highly proficient with Excel & PowerPoint

Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or similar field; or equivalent combination experience and education
