Are you an early career communications professional with the desire to work with leaders in the biotech sector? We’re a thriving strategic communication, digital, and creative agency based in Boston that works with trailblazers in the biotech industry. We’re looking for a motivated, curious and enthusiastic Associate who will support and contribute to the many facets of our clients’ strategic communications programs. Our services encompass corporate messaging/positioning, media strategies/media relations, social/digital media, investor communications, internal communications, scientific communications, web site development and patient engagement.

Please Note:

Our headquarters office is located in downtown Boston, MA. Our Boston area employees collaborate in the office together three days a week with flexibility/remote work on other days.

What You’ll Be Doing Day to Day:Support multiple client accounts, working with senior account leaders to plan and implement the full range of client responsibilitiesOversee project deliverable timelines, proactively scheduling meetings when neededAttend client meetings and prep meeting agendasUnderstand technical subject matter, and convey its essence through written and verbal communicationsDevelop strong written materials, adapting writing style to fit a given audience or application (media, web, internal, etc.)Develop social media strategy and implement, such as drafting calendars and social media analyticsContribute to writing press releases, patient narratives, website text, and moreDevelop target media lists and media targeting strategiesLead timely monitoring, analysis and reporting of coverage from a variety of news outlets covering our clients and issues related to their businessConduct primary research and market analysis in support of client-level communications initiatives, new business pitches, and other needsProvide administrative support for all aspects of firm business, including time tracking, internal communications projects, and infrastructure/capacity buildingWhat You’ll Bring to Our Team:Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related disciplineInternship or work experience in an agency setting is requiredStrong writing and verbal communication skillsAn eagerness to immerse oneself in the biotech industryA desire to help build and nurture a culture of collaboration excellence and growth, and an ability to always think creativelyBONUS SKILLS:
