What we are looking for

Interior Designers/Interior Architects who can bring heavily themed concept designs into built realityExperience in highly creative projects, television/movie set design, commercial, or hospitality projects with 5-10 years of experienceMinimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Interior ArchitectureExperience with concept ideation, renderings, custom products and finishes, furniture selections and custom furniture design, space planning, art curation, and art directingExperience with custom fabrication and technological sophistication, large size projects or HQ experienceExcellent Revit/Smart Modeling, Enscape, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign skills (Rhino skills a plus)Excellent 3D graphic rendering skillsAbility to work with the Director to develop strong design concepts and accurately document them in design presentations and construction documentsAbility to mentor and lead the design process with more junior designersExperience with space planning, FF&E specifications, material selections, codes, and coordination with consultantsAvailable for regular out-of-state travel as needed by teamFluent in written and spoken EnglishValid work permit (USA)

What we prefer

Experience with design-build projects or large HQ projectsLEED and/or WELL accreditationProgress towards NCIDQ Certification or Architectural LicensureThis position is for our
