is an interior design firm specializing in custom residential and commercial design. We have completed projects across the US including Naples, Florida, Chevy Chase, Maryland, Nantucket, Massachusetts, Montana, Illinois, and Virginia. Our team is a collaborative group of individuals with a broad scope of talent and experience. We work closely with our clients on all phases of work - design discovery, pre-construction preparation of ID Sets for the General Contractor and subs, preparation of FF&E and Construction Lookbooks, space planning, FF&E procurement (including custom furniture, at times) project management and white-glove installation services. We take pride in providing excellent customer service by establishing an intimate connection to our clients. We strive to use our talents and technical skills to address clients' specific needs and desires. Each project is reviewed and customized based on the client's individual budget, timeline and personal style.IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:Positive attitude, ability to take initiative and follow-up, strong work ethic, creative mind.Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited institution or combination of education and experienceMinimum of 4 years' interior design experience in the design or construction industryStrong AutoCad, Microsoft Office, Powerpoint, and Sketchup skills. Studio Designer, Photoshop, Canva or related software knowledge is a plus.Ability to work rare overtime hours as needed to meet deadlines.ASID Credentials, licensed in FloridaESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:Create aesthetically pleasing spaces for clients by participating in the design process from inception to final installationActively participate in client discovery and selections meetings throughout the project while establishing the desired design directionPresent innovative design presentations and provide design direction and project overview while keeping the project on scheduleDirect the preparation of working drawings/ID Sets with drafting staff, including dimensional plans, details, and schedulesResponsible for review and approval of space planning, budgeting, furniture planning (FF&E), color coordination, specifications, and assistance with installationAssure project success by verifying that the final walkthrough is completed with accurate punch list which is completed within an acceptable timeframeParticipate in the financial success of the project by approving and reviewing all orders, proposals, and client billingMaintain time records of all work activities while keeping the design team on budget.Oversee the final client and design team communications necessary to close out the job and assure customer satisfactionCOMPENSATION:
