Data Communication Specialist

Program and maintain Voice Services Systems (Voicemail, Auto-Attendants, Queues, and Voice PBX) maintaining accuracy.Administer and maintain accurate record keeping in cable management system for Networking and Telecom cabling plant. Work with technicians, maintain proficiency and provide data as needed for infrastructure growth planning.Administer and maintain work order, trouble ticket systems and ServiceNow, maintaining proficiency. Ensure compliance with service SLA's on requests and trouble tickets.Review cabling manifests, test results, footages, and other related infrastructure details in the as-builts and create outlet schemes for ITS and capital projects. Provide punch lists to ITS Facilities Design as needed.Assist ITS Business Office and customers on best practices and solutions for their telephone systems as needed to ensure high levels of service and satisfaction.Coordinate special projects and events as requested.Other related functions as assigned.
