Dewberry is currently seeking a Marketing Manager based in our Denver, Colorado office to support our West Marketing Team. Colorado and the West are strategic areas of growth for Dewberry and in this role the marketing manager will manage marketing staff and collaborate with the marketing team located across the region. Our West Marketing Team supports local offices, strategic pursuits, and collaborates with other marketers to develop and implement strategy and submit winning proposals to our targeted clients. Responsibilities

The Marketing Manager will work in tandem with our Denver business unit manager, client managers and technical leads to determine go/no-go decisions, pursuit win strategies, craft sales messages, assemble pursuit teams, manage the proposal process, and develop proposal responses. Responsible for full life cycle of the proposal preparation process, including state and local proposals, design-build proposals, qualification packages, and oral presentations. Manage and develop strategic marketing plans to grow in market areas. Manage, develop, and maintain capture plans for critical pursuits. Manage, develop, and maintain client action plans for high priority clients Comply with our corporate standards to present a consistent appearance/style for all presentation graphics, proposals, resumes, and collateral materials. Support Client Managers in market research, competitor analysis, and client intelligence. Ma age a team of marketing coordinators and assistant to complete proposal demands. Manage multiple proposal efforts and teams simultaneously within diverse markets and service offerings. Coordinate and attend conference events.

Required Skills & Required Experience

A.S. or B.S. in Liberal Arts or equivalent experience required. 8+ years' experience personally producing proposals and managing proposal efforts. Extensive experience with state/local proposal formats; experience in the water market is a plus. Must have extensive MS Word, PowerPoint and Adobe InDesign experience. Other graphics software and CRM database experience is also desired. Exceptional time management and written and oral communications skills. Effective proposal management skills, including planning, organization, problem identification and resolution, and resource management skills. Strong interpersonal skills and prior experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and working in a collaborative environment.
