The Product Marketing Manager will oversee the strategy and go-to-market plan for key product initiatives, with a focus on exclusive destinations and new ship launches over the next 3-5 years. The manager will work closely with multiple stakeholders across the organization, including Senior leadership, to gather necessary information on destination development and new ship builds, to develop a recommended marketing plan informed by key milestones and deliverables.

Essential Functions:

Collaborate with relevant internal Operations teams to create a road map of all upcoming product initiatives and how they fit into the overall brand strategy and communications plan in market. Be the owner of all product's specific information and key messaging, tuned in to new product roll-outs and timelines of launches and go live dates. This will be accomplished through developing a deep understanding of the product pipeline, including new and updated exclusive destinations, new ships, and new experiences.Lead the integrated marketing plan for all product milestones, including destination development and new ship launched. This includes the development of the communication strategy and framework for integrated campaigns to be rolled out across all relevant Marketing channels.Work with product development experts across the operations team, including senior leadership from New Builds, Food & Beverage, Entertainment, etc. to develop a compelling narrative and transform into a message brief that can be used by all internal teams to create marketing materials to support the product launches. Ensure distinctive and ownable assets are used consistently across campaigns to cement the brand with our audiences, even when we are talking about specific product.Lead the development of assets that will be utilized by the marketing team as a starting point for channel specific support. In this process, develop thoughtful creative briefs taking into consideration development of assets for all channels, owned and paid. Develop the foundational creative assets that can be adapted by individual marketing teams in support of a particular product milestone. Furthermore, get to know and anticipate channel specific needs to recommend optimal support and ensure all teams have the key visuals/messages needed.Work with our creative agency, of record to ensure all product communication lives under the broader brand communication strategy and amplifies existing national plan in market. The role will also work with internal Creative Services and brief the team on key product moments that require creative development and support across key marketing disciplines.Qualifications:

Bachelors required, MA preferred. Study preference in Business or Marketing.6+ years' experience working at an advertising agency and/or managing an advertising agency a plus. Brand or product management previous experience.Strength in producing high quality work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple concurrent projects on deadlines with shifting priorities.Ability to build and foster collaborative partnerships across the function and departments.Ability to demonstrate leadership skills. Manage direct reports with immediate feedback on performance and weekly touch points to review deliverables.Excellent verbal and written communications skills with great attention to detail.Attention to detail in planning, risk mitigation and budget management.Ability to interact and present information concisely and confidently to senior leaders.Ability to multi-task and deliver under pressure in a high visibility role.Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong understanding of digital applications/platforms (examples: mobile, web, tablet and social).Knowledge of current and future trends in digital marketing and communications platforms and applications.Deep expertise in developing effective advertising campaigns.Knowledge of media and creative analytics and experience with analyzing performance.Ability to work a hybrid role in Miami.Ability to work a temporary position.

The pay for this assignment is $65-$72 an hour, paid every Friday.
