GRAPHIC DESIGNER

We’re looking for a talented designer to join our team, reporting to the Director of Marketing. You'll create eye-catching graphics across various platforms, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support in-house photoshoots. With 2-4 years of experience, expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and a solid grasp of design principles, you'll thrive in our fast-paced environment, contributing to all stages of the creative process.

WHAT’S ON YOUR PLATE

Actively contribute to all stages of the creative process, from concept to execution.Design eye-catching graphics for various marketing materials, including menus, social media, email, app design, website, signage, event collateral, and advertisements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand campaign objectives and develop creative concepts that align with PLANTA’s brand messaging.Research, identify, and present current design trends.Assist in executing in-house photoshoots, contributing to both photo and video work.Demonstrate a passion for brand building with a strong understanding of maintaining and evolving design systems.INGREDIENTS YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

2 - 4 years of experience in an agency or in-house setting.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with Figma.Strong grasp of typography, color theory, and layout principles.Ability to balance big-picture thinking while efficiently handling smaller creative tasks.Independent project management skills with the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and maintain clear communication.Embody PLANTA’s can-do attitude, demonstrating a level of passion and dedication where no task is beneath you.Basic skills in photography and videography.Deadline-driven and impeccably organized.Thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with the marketing, culinary, operations, and leadership teams.WHAT WE OFFER
