Project Manager (Digital Marketing)

Ignite Visibility, an award-winning digital marketing agency in San Diego, CA, is hiring a talented Digital Marketing Project Manager for our Account Services team. This role is fully remote. The Project Manager is a digital marketing and creative services project management expert who works cross-channel with internal teams to manage omnichannel digital marketing projects. This individual has demonstrated effective project management technical skills, communication, collaboration, high degree of professionalism, and task management to work well across multiple agency teams. The Project Manager is a creative analytical person, who is organized, and enthusiastic about analytics, reporting, quality assurance, and the creative process. The primary role of the Omnichannel Project Manager is to ensure that the agency provides work that is on-time and on-budget and aligns with our strategic vision and surpasses client expectations.

Essential Functions:

Manage assignment project across at least $200k in MRR at onceSupport the account services department and collaborate with internal marketing teams in developing and maintaining projects and deliverablesCoordinate with internal and external clients on project meetings.Organize with Strategists and Account Managers to create and maintain client call agendasSend call agendas and call follow up notes with action items before and after client meetingsOrganized and maintain client agendas in Slack, Monday.com, and Google driveSend weekly cross-channel updates to clientsManage and review client projects on Monday.com. This includes:

Review all items several time a week on Monday.comClose complete itemsFollow up with internal teams on items that are behindPartner with the Marketing Strategist on overall project fulfillment and ensure projects are progressing on time and on budget

Internal Lead Stakeholder

Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the client's projects are fully realized by coordinating, collaborating with multiple teams, identifying, and solving the client's business and/or creative problems through project managementCommunicate with internal and client teams effectively to ensure expectations are set and all deliverables are met on schedule

This includes sending reminders and follow up communications to teams

Client Services

Serves as a flex resource for client communication in the absence of the Omnichannel Director or Omni Strategist. This entails acting as point of contact for clients at timesPerform secondary quality assurance review of client project deliverablesQualifications:

Minimum of 4-5 years' project management experience in a creative and/or advertising agencyDigital marketing project management experience in Paid Media, Email, SEO, and creative or strong creative experience with excellent communication and analytics/reports skillsExpert collaborator, able to engage and work well cross-functionally with internal teams (Reporting, Creative, Analytics, SEO, Email, Social, and Web Development, etc.)Highly motivated with anHighly organized and goal drivenaptitude for growth and learningHas high positive energy and ability to build rapport quickly with othersExperience in creative production, with the ability to coordinate efforts with cross-functional teams from the conception of a project to delivery of assets with detail orientation, enthusiasm for the process, resourcefulness, and exceptional client servicesStrong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsAbility to operate with significant autonomy and discretionWhy Ignite Visibility?
