TPO Marketing Manager

to join the fastest growing mortgage company in the country. This position will be the driving force of innovation marketing initiatives for the 6th largest Wholesale lender in the industry and reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and supported via collaboration by the entire marketing team.

Location

Fully remote or In-Office/ Hybrid schedule available.

Pay Disclosure

The starting base salary pay range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000. The actual base is dependent on many factors such as: work experience, business needs, market demands, and other compensation components. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Essential Job Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and lead generation for the Wholesale ChannelManage and oversee all aspects of our marketing budget, ensuring a strong return on investment.Create engaging content across various channels, including social media, email marketing, blog posts, and video.Design and produce high-quality marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and website content tailored to the Mortgage Broker audience.Manage and analyze marketing campaign performance using data analytics tools.Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies within the mortgage industry.Collaborate with internal teams such as leadership, sales and operations to ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with business goals.Collaborate with executives, sales teams, and marketing team to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies and tactics to support those objectives.Perform other marketing duties and assist with special projects as assigned.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, operations, and finance to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives.Qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication skillsPrior Mortgage marketing experience is preferred5+ years of marketing experience is preferredStrong understanding of sales and marketingExperience with public and media relations is preferred.Ability to travel for pre-scheduled events when necessary.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions when presented with unplanned challenges.Strong analytic and quantitative skills – ability to use data to develop and measure initiatives.Self-starter with ability to manage and develop out-of-the-box ideas.Skilled at working cross-departmentally (product managers, developers, sales, etc.).Highly organized and skilled at managing multiple projects and events simultaneously.Strong oral and written communication skillsAbility to plan and execute projects involving internal and external resources and stakeholders.Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Work Authorization

Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S without company visa sponsorship.
