Job Summary
Vicor, the leader in high performance power modules, is seeking an experienced marketer to join the company's branding and communications team with responsibility for strategy and execution of global marketing campaigns. This individual will be responsible for elevating the Vicor brand through all aspects of marketing including advertising, web presence, sales tools, public relations, social media, etc. working with a team of experienced technology B2B marketing professionals. The ideal candidate must have experience in account based marketing (ABM) to focus on our primary markets including Automotive, High Performance Computing, Aerospace and Defense, and Industrial.
Job Description
Responsibilities• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to elevate the Vicor brand in target markets• Synthesize business unit input and the market landscape into compelling messaging and engaging content• Support Vicor strategic business units to meet their business objectives through account based marketing and lead generation• Collaborate with regional marketing managers to execute global and local marketing programs• Work with channel team and Vicor channel partners to plan and execute channel marketing programs• Work with the PR team, advertising, creative services, and other marketing functions to support campaigns• Analyze and report progress against campaign goals and report on ROI
Education / Qualifications
Qualifications and Experience• Bachelor's and/or graduate degree in marketing• 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years' experience managing omnichannel campaigns• Experience in or exposure to B2C marketing techniques a plus• Strong track record of success in digital marketing, including ABM, SEM, social media, and marketing automation• Proven expertise analyzing and employing analytics to make strategic decisionsAttributes• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a keen ability to communicate an easily understandable strategy and vision to all those executing on a campaign• Strong presentation skills, including to C-Suite• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex, concurrent, cross-organizational projects• Analytical mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence
