We are searching for a

Vice President, Ground Transportation Marketing to join our team.

Primary Responsibilities:

Campaign calendar management (rolling 30-60-90 day plan)

Nurture stream campaigns for prospects (eventually automated through Marketing Cloud)

Nurture stream campaigns informed by win/rates and observed areas of interest

Winback campaigns for lost customers (eventually automated through Marketing Cloud): Winback campaigns informed by loss reasons captured by CSAT and/or other inputs

Ongoing content creation/marketing: e.g. Video teasers, graphics, and screenshot asset library used for promotions through LinkedIn, FB, LA web site, e-mail, blogs, etc.

Supporting sales material: e.g. PowerPoints, pdf leave behinds, call scripts, etc.

Event management and sponsorships: local chapters, national organizations

Funnel and conversion analytics/KPI's: Monthly reports on funnel efficacy and Bi-weekly reports on campaign efficacy

White papers/case studies: Persona driven (e.g. business types), published on web sites and used for inbound marketing

Ongoing limonanywhere.com site management/improvements

Social media marketing and paid search / management of social media accounts

Youtube training tutorials/refresh/expansion (in partnership with Product Marketing)

Ongoing advancements/improvements in SEO and back linking

Monthly capture and syndication of new customer testimonials

Webinar planning (in coordination with sales and product marketing)

E-newsletters (monthly)

Partner marketing (e.g. cross-promotional opportunities)

Coordinating with FS BU to design and rollout new digital marketing services offering for customers

Minimum Qualifications:

A seasoned marketing leader with over 15 years of experience in the technology sector, including a minimum of 10 years in senior marketing roles within software companies. Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention in highly competitive markets.

Skills & Competencies:

Strategic Leadership:

Proven ability to design and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with business objectives, leading to significant revenue growth and market expansion.

Team Leadership:

Experience building and leading high-performance marketing teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

Brand Management:

Extensive experience in establishing and scaling brand presence, including rebranding initiatives, product positioning, and value proposition development.

Digital Marketing Expertise:

In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media, and marketing automation. Proficient in leveraging data analytics and performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive ROI.

Product Marketing:

Strong background in product marketing, including go-to-market strategies, product launches, competitive analysis, and lifecycle management. Adept at translating complex technical concepts into compelling value propositions.

Demand Generation:

Proven track record of developing and executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns that consistently exceed lead generation and conversion goals.

Customer Engagement:

Experience in creating customer-centric marketing programs that enhance customer loyalty, satisfaction, and advocacy. Skilled in utilizing customer insights and feedback to refine marketing strategies.

Sales Alignment:

Successful history of partnering with sales teams to create cohesive sales and marketing strategies, including account-based marketing (ABM) and sales enablement programs that drive pipeline growth and close rates.
