At Diverzify, we believe our associates are at the heart of our organization. We are looking for an AMA-credentialed marketing director to lead the marketing development and execution for a multi-brand, national commercial interior finishes company. You'll leverage your expertise in marketing automation, muti-branded strategies to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement across all brands. The primary purpose of this position is to lead our marketing team and resources in a way that would generate year over year increases in SQL's and project opportunities for the family of brands.

Requirements

Here's what we are looking for...

• Aid in the continued develop of, and implementation of a comprehensive multi-brand marketing strategy for our portfolio of interior finishes companies.

• Lead market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape.

• Lead, develop and hold accountable our internal marketing team.

• Manage our Salesforce Marketing Cloud (formerly Pardot) environment to create and execute targeted marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, etc.)

• Collaborate with our IT and CRM technology team to manage and optimize marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and drive conversions.

• Drive digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

• Optimize the company's online presence and website performance to increase traffic and lead generation.

• Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales tools and materials.

• Plan and execute industry events, trade shows, and webinars to promote Diverzify's products and services.

• Work with our brand and digital marketing agency to analyze marketing performance and report on key metrics (ROI, lead generation, etc.).

• Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that encourages creativity and accountability.

• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

• Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals and our inside sales team.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in managing a marketing team of at least 3+ individuals

• Minimum 3 years of experience working in Private Equity backed organizations

• 3+ years of experience in organizations with 1,000+ employees

• Proven experience developing and implementing successful multi-brand marketing strategies.

• 5+ years' experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Pardot

• Strong understanding of multi-brand B2B strategy.

• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.

• Experience in the commercial interior finishes industry highly desirable.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing

• Master of Business Administration

• Accreditation by the AMA

• 3+ years of leadership experience

• B2B experience within the commercial interiors industry is highly desired.

• 3+ years of experience working with multi-branded entities (family of brands)
