Job OverviewThe Graphic Design (Intern) supports sales & marketing efforts for Senergy Petroleum and Brad Hall Companies. A successful intern will be responsible for assisting all efforts to improve brand recognition, loyalty to prospects, customers, and employees. These efforts range from long term planning to daily task execution. The Graphic Designer reports to the Director of Marketing.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesEssentialThe Graphic Design (Intern) assists in key initiatives and then executes. Some of the duties include:Assist in the creation of programs, promotions, campaigns, marketing materials, videos, and images that support sales efforts building the Senergy and Brad Hall Companies brand.Create and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives through reporting, tracking and analysis to provide feedback to management team and strategic partners as needed.Assists in and coordinates many aspects of the companys website and social media platforms to include but not limited to: search engine optimization, paid search, customer buying experience, content deployment, customer reviews, analytics and reporting, and daily monitoring.Assists in planning and implementing of Senergy and Brad Hall Company events such as training events, customer specific events, trade shows, and other Senergy outreach opportunities.Additional

Graphic design, video/photography content creation and editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Motion 5, etc.)Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools to include but not limited to: email marketing (Act-On or similar), and CRM system.Experience with Microsoft 365Experience with SEO, Web analytics, Google AdWordsExperience in website design (Wordpress, etc.)Photography experience (Adobe Photoshop)
