We are Cambridge University Press & Assessment, a world-leading education provider and part of the University of Cambridge.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Marketing and Communications department (North America office) for a Marketing Manager.

This role would be ideal for someone who is seeking challenging career opportunities, working with a global education leader, and serving the needs of the education sector in the U.S. You will be working with colleagues in the U.S. and internationally.

Please note: Up to 10% -15% travel may be expected for the role.

About the role:

The marketing manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing select marketing strategies, including for campaigns, to promote the Cambridge business in North America. The areas of work will include, though not limited to:

Implementing new brand across communications and marketing assetsManaging and executing both third-party events/sponsorships and Cambridge eventsPlanning and executing marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness and generate leadsManaging and producing emailsDeveloping and managing marketing strategy for Cambridge book resources, Shakespeare, and Latin portfolioAll the above will be done in collaboration with broader internal and external stakeholders.

About you:

Our ideal candidate is customer-centric with a strong business and marketing acumen. They will have excellent communication, analytical, time management, prioritization, planning and execution skills as this role covers a large territory with significant responsibilities. They will be consultative, both with internal colleagues and customers, but also confident, decisive, and proactive.
