Under the direction of the Sr. Channel Manager, the

Marketing Specialist of Internal Communications

will be responsible for development of channel marketing materials and activities in North America, with emphasis on internal communications and brand activation within the Sales organization.

This

Marketing Specialist of Internal Communications

will play a key role in driving marketing communications and channel management program initiatives aimed at improving overall channel awareness and performance.

This position will work with primarily domestic internal and external customers, in close collaboration with the sales department, AMPS team, product management, and channel management associates.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIESCoordinates and leads development of company and brand communications support materials, working in concert with global and corporate communications departments.Ensures on-time delivery of all materials within assigned budgets.Lead internal communications to generate associate awareness and engagement with marketing and sales efforts, including associate profiles, promotion of success stories, and brand activation.Development of sales and technical sales support materials such as standardized presentations, case studies, and promotional pieces to support all sales efforts.Collaborates with fellow communications stakeholders to support existing message programs or develop organic content for internal and external media activities.Create and maintain existing sales and marketing literature in alignment with business needs and budget.Ensure material is produced and delivered in most effective format for target audience.Develops on-line surveys, data collection, and report creation to validate the engagement and effectiveness of communications with internal and distributor audiences.Facilitate gathering of leads from communications and other campaigns to ensure leads are properly distributed to the Sales teams using available systems and methods of distribution.Create materials to support the marketing communications needs of larger trade events that are hosted by the business and smaller engagements driven by Sales organization and distributors.Assist in the development and implementation of promotions targeted at distributors and customers.Provides analysis in all phases of the channel marketing processes by providing reports and recommendations that portray a clear picture of competitive positions and impact.Brand ambassador ensuring all communications and support material remain on brand guidelines.This list of specific responsibilities is not exhaustive, and position will include other duties as assigned.Skills/Requirements

Minimum of a bachelor's degree from a four-year college/university in business or marketing3-5 years of experience in sales or marketingExperience in advertising and communications environment desirableDemonstrated competency in the use of brand and design tools and platformsStrategic thinking, project management skills, and strong communications skillsExperience in project planning, attention to details, and demonstrably creative thinkerStrong written and oral communicative skillsVersed in Adobe and Microsoft environments

The salary range for this position is $66,300 - $83,500. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location.
