The Integrated Marketing Manager at Players Health is the glue that holds the organization together. As the main collaborator on the marketing team, you will bring together the departments necessary for successful product launches, brand campaigns, and Go-To-Market strategies. This role requires a blend of creative, strategic, and tactical thinking. You will be a team player who can also take charge and own the outcomes of a campaign or product launch.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in integrated marketing. This role will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and is a remote position based in Minnesota or states in which we currently have an employee presence. Players Health is a distributed workforce that offers a flexible, remote and/or hybrid work environment.

Players Health offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Flexible PTO, and 401k. This role is a full-time, exempt position with an annualized salary between $70,000 - $95,000.

Responsibilities (are inclusive of but not limited to):

Lead the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and Players Health brand guidelines.Work cross-functionally with internal and external teams, including Product, Engineering, Sales & Account Management, Growth Marketing, and Design and Creative teams to develop and implement marketing strategies.Develop comprehensive integrated marketing plans that include objectives, strategies, tactics, and KPIs to measure success.Ensure all marketing communications are consistent with the Players Health brand voice, style, and tone.Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities and inform campaign strategies.Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.Manage marketing project budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.Collaborate with marketing channel partners, to deliver programs that create demand and accelerate company growthSpearhead cross-functional initiatives, bringing clarity and energy to every workstreamProvide regular reporting to stakeholders on campaign performance, highlighting key learnings, actionable insights, and recommendations for future integrated marketing campaigns, focusing on improving what is working and identifying areas that need adjustment to optimize overall effectiveness.Guide leadership and cross functional teams to successful implementation of brand and product integrated marketing plans.Minimum Skills & Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on integrated marketing campaigns.Proven track record of successful product launches and brand campaigns.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong understanding of marketing principles, media, creative, consumer behavior, and brand strategy.A creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and crafting compelling brand narratives.Demonstrated analytical skills, and ability to translate complex data, trends, and insights into actionable strategy.Experience drafting strategic marketing briefs for both integrated and channel-specific programs.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.Highly motivated self-starter with ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environmentExcellent verbal, and written communication skills, and continuous desire to improve.Self-motivated, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environmentExcellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Ability to act with integrity and professionalism.Desired Characteristics:

Although not required, Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferredDemonstrated experience working in Excel and Microsoft Office programs requiredCreative thinker with a passion for sports and a deep understanding of the sports industry.Prior experience in start-ups and/or scaling companiesDemonstrated ability to quickly learn and be comfortable with new technology, a curiosity to understand new systems a plus!Additional Requirements:
