About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled

Production Designer

to create and execute exceptional visual experiences across various media and platforms for our client in Cupertino. The ideal candidate possesses a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of the design process, and the ability to seamlessly transition creative concepts into stunning realities.

Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with design leads, creative teams, and marketing partners to develop innovative and impactful designs.Oversee the entire production process, ensuring design integrity from concept to final output.Maintain design consistency across all projects, while adapting to various mediums and platforms.Anticipate and resolve design and production challenges related to localization, image specifications, and technical requirements.Develop and implement production guidelines to streamline workflows and maintain quality standards.Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, including creative, project management, and technical staff.Qualifications:

7+ years of production design experience in an agency or corporate environment.Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Sketch, and Bridge.Strong understanding of the creative process, from concept development to final production.Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for pixel-perfect design.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Compensation:

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $72.23 to $80.26 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.

Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
